Death and Revival: Solo and Co-op
Death is not always the end of a multiplayer run. The official description explicitly lists self-revive, reviving other players, and being revived.
Confirmed
Revival is a multiplayer system. You can revive yourself, revive another player, or be revived by them. That makes positioning and communication part of survival, not just combat.
What is not confirmed
The revive timer, cost, range, whether a revive item is required, whether revives are limited per night, and whether solo players get the same options are not published. Do not promise a teammate a revive you have not tested.
Practical protocol
- Agree on a meeting point near the fire before dark.
- Call out a death with a landmark, not “over here.”
- Do not attempt a revive outside the boundary at night without a plan.
- Record the exact prompt and timer when testing.
