Food: What the Game Says Restores You
The official listing names food types but publishes no hunger bar, calorie value, or restoration number. This page sticks to that boundary.
Named food
The listing names carrots, strawberries, meat, and other plants as food to collect. It does not say whether all of them restore the same resource, whether meat must be cooked, or whether food also heals.
How to test food safely
- Start a run with a full energy bar.
- Record the exact item and the bar before/after eating.
- Test one item per run; do not mix food types.
- Repeat once to rule out a rounding error.
That is the protocol this site will use when a match is reachable. Until then, no food table.
Do not copy numbers
Other guides may list hunger values from a different version or from the Roblox game. Those numbers are not automatically valid for this build.
